Refund policy

At Bellavyn Halifax, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. Due to the hygienic nature of cosmetic products, we maintain the following return guidelines.

Returns

We accept returns within 60 days of delivery only if the item is:

Unused and unopened
In its original packaging
In resellable condition

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used cosmetic products.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval. If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
